Petroglyph group XXII
Back to schemeThe group is located 2 km south of Group XXI. The engravings cover the area of 4×1.5 meters and are found at 16.7 meter height above the sea surface. The group contains 33 images including 6 images discovered recently. The greater part of the petroglyphs is in good condition and can be seen on the light grey rock surface quite clearly.
Scenes
Single boat images prevail in the group but there are two scenes showing white whale group hunting and a scene showing individual moose hunting as well.
