The engravings are located at a distance from each another and cover quite a vast area. There is a lot of rock space the ancient artists did not take advantage of. The upper rock area is weathered to a great extent and the engravings found there can be hardly seen. Sometimes there are only some fragments of the petroglyphs available. As for the engravings located at a lower rock level, their condition is better than of those mentioned above but they can only be seen in sunny weather in the slanting rays of the sun. The group contains 104 engravings including 40 of them recently discovered.
The petroglyphs mainly show boats, white whale boat hunting and there are at least eight such engravings in the group. The group contains such rare petroglyphs as a tree image or an image of a heart in outline with three windows inside it.
