Petroglyph group XVIIa
Back to schemeA single image found not far from Group I and Group XVII was discovered in 2006 by some archeologists working at the Language, Literature and Art Institute of the Karelian Scientific Center of the RAS.
Scenes
That is quite a big image of a boat carrying four rowers. They are engraved full length with their hands put out and up. The engraving is in poor condition and is damaged by the weathering.
