The petroglyphs were discovered at the side of the quarry and were located on the even rock surface at the depth of about 20 centimeters under the occupation layer of the settlement dating back to the Eneolithic age. The petroglyphs are located quite far from each other and there are grouped into three clusters.

Scenes

About a third of all the images show swimming birds and some scenes with them (the birds might be either geese or eiders). There are a lot of real-life scenes. There are some anthropomorphic images in the group, including one big enough, but their condition is poor. There are images of footprints and of a boat as well. The scene of fowling (goose hunting) obviously during the molting period might be considered the main composition in the group. The hunters are in a boat and they are shooting birds with their arrows.
